Using the pedal

Hey ASR headz!

I've had this ASR 10 keyboard for about a month now and it's cool. Pretty much does everything I need it to do.

I was wondering how you would use the pedal to function like it would on a standard keyboard/piano.
For example, say I have a multisampled piano instrument bank, how do I program the machine so that when the pedal is depressed the sound plays right through without my fingers on the keys?
Of course I would normally read the manual for this sort of thing but I wasn't sold one.

Thanks.

Alex.

You can plug either a simple sustain pedal, or a sustain/damper double pedal into the asr10 and it will work exactly as expected, and nothing extra has to be done. It will record all your pedal inputs into the sequencer automatically too.
For piano/strings the pedal is a must to get the most. the pedal can also be used to latch the patch select buttons while playing. Pretty useful.
