my starion race/track car is now for sale,brief spec is as follows;
solid shell with 6 point bolt in safety devices cage
vented bonnet with bonnet pins
lightweight fibreglass front bumper(weighs a 1/4 of the original one,original one supplied but needs a spoiler)
perspex glass in doors and rear 1/4's,doors cut away inside and electric window gubbins removed(so much lighter now!)(can supply doors with all this still fitted as the wiring is still there but a different colour)
ralliart remote canister suspension all round with race springs
AP 4 pot calipers upfront with huge discs
standard brand new calipers at the rear with drilled and grooved discs.brake bias valve for the rear as ABS has been removed.
sparco cobra race seat
willans 4 point harness (brand new)
lifeline 2.25l plumbed in extinguisher
fia kill switch
full race engine with forged pistons,lightened and balanced flywheel and crank,ported and polished head with race cam.huge paddle clutch,Garrett T3 turbo on bespoke exhaust manifold with hardpipe intercooler kit along with a much larger than standard intercooler.larger oil cooler.(as fitted to Doug Forbes race car)
3 inch side exit exhaust(could do with new baffles as it registers 104dba on the noise meter)
all the hard work has been done and is ready to go.if i was being totally honest it could do with a respray in a less gruesome colour but is as solid as you can probably get
