Sulfonamides: #24=A
Aminoglycosides: #3=D #5=D
Antiepileptics: #15=C (and just forget about #6 - it's outdated and not a good test question)
Antipsychotics: #16=D
My argument:
A. From the notes: "At appropriate doses, clozapine does not appear to antagonize the antiparkinson effect of levodopa..."
B. Lippincott's p131 part 3 - drowsiness occurs
C. Lipp p128 part 2 - clozapine has affinity for D4
D. Lipp p132 - fig 13.8 - agranulocytosis in up to 2%
General anaesthetics--#1 should be B --because a high potency drug would have a high MAC (not a low one). MAC also describes the potency of a drug (not % of the drug in the inhaled gas mix).
Anti-Parasitics-- #9 should be C. The antimalarials causing acute hemolysis in G6PDH deficient individuals are quinine and chloroquine, not primaquine.
Regarding Anesthetics #1: according to Lipp p111, "MAC is small for potent anesthetics, such as halothane, and large for less potent agents, such as nitrous oxide." B isn't the answer.

"People who are primaquine sensitive have a genetically determined deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) in their erythrocytes."
"In certain patients, quinine may cause the dreaded syndrome, 'blackwater fever'...Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency may be an important etiologic factor of this syndrome."
Primaquine is also listed in First Aid p297 for hemolysis in G6PD-deficient patients.
I agree with Michael about General Anesth #1 and Antiparasites #9 being correct as marked 'cause I looked at those myself.
I do think, however, that in Headache #12 should be A.
Ergotamine is used for treatment of cluster HA (both episodic and chronic) and methylsergide is for prophylaxis.
Of course, it's 1.75hrs until the exam so none of you may care anymore.
