Flywheel tension

just a quicky.

i cant seem to find it in the manual.. what tension is the fly wheel ment to be done up to?? aswell as the clutch

get in touch with stewart wilkins motor sports he has all the tensions required i just did mine

Gene,from memory it's about 100-110ft/lbs. Whichever it is,just do it up bloody tight-tight as you can basicly,uness you're using a breaker bar style thing.

yeah im using a torque wrench.

do the bolts have washers under them stock?? or just the bolts straight up against the fly wheel..??

as i lost my bolts and bought new ones but i cant get washers small enough to not foul on echother as the bolts are all very close to eachother..

No,just the bolts,no washers. You'll even find it's a bit tricky to get a socket on them,the bolt heads are that close together! :P
