What is the largest displacement one can get out of one of these blocks, and is it worth it? I am putting together an n/a motor, and was wanting to maximize its potential while it's apart.

What's to research? Just buy those Arias +0.080 pistons and be done with it!

How much room is left after the engine is bored 80 thou over?
I suppose a fair bit if 80 thou is around 2mm or so.
You just never know if there is a need to go a bit more, should something bad happen.
80 thou would be 4 oversizes already, True ?

180, thanks for the repost, good info. Fantasy, when I say "research" I just meant $$$ options, I'm sure your pistons are of superior quality, but Wiseco will custom make them for $480(US)....

$480 USD pistons are going to be around $900 AU by the time you get them to your door.
You have to account for shipping, import duty and customs.
