Don't quote me mate but I'm pretty sure they're 3.5 ohms .
Which is low impedence.

No way, they are low impendance. Around the 2.8 ohms.

So does that mean I need S4 13bt injectors as they are low impedance as I was told S5 13bt injectors are high impedance?

Low resistance which is why they used an injector droping resistor .
