Hi all. Im a long time FJ driver, but short time FJ.com user. I have a FJ20et with:
600x450x75 Plazmaman intercooler
EMS dual sport ecu
Multi coil ignition
Standard turbo (rebuilt) and injectors
Car gets driven once a month for 30kms or so and would like to know how much power it might make on Optimax, 3" mandrel bent exhaust and maximum boost possible without being too stupid. Im about to get the exahust and a full dyno tune from a well known tuner, but am half thinking about a turbo upgrade before the exhaust gets fitted. Wondering if its worth the money right now.

Its very hard to shoot in the dark but i think you'd be looking at around 160 engine killowats you do you run optimax? ive done a few fuel test and must say that optimax apart from turning to jelly in direct sunlight does not out perform bp98

i made 220 rwhp with a very similar setup. 14psi.
not **** when ur car weighs 300kg less than a stock s15though.#
and u'll have more torque
and it wont cost you 30k

Thats what i was thinking, about 220rwhp. How many psi do you think i could push on this turbo and injector set up?
