I use generic radiator hose elbows and some stainless tubing.

Work out the route of the hose and cut you bends and tubing to suit, Make sure you grind in some grooves where the hoses clamp up to prevent the hoses from blowing off if the clamps are not tight enough.

This way, you can fit any radiator to any application. It can be made to look neat enough with care.

You can;t look past a VN/VR/VS Commonwhore radiator.... Theyre all alloy and are pretty cheap brand new i saw them in a Repco junk mail thingy a few months back for around $200 or so, i bought a DR that had one in it and i've never seen the thing go past half way, and i give it the car heaps on mountain runs and the like, its great.. Not too expensive, plenty of room for the cooler as they are pretty thin, all alloy for better heat dissapation, anyway its your money Ralph, shop around and find the best fit for you budget and needs

Actually, the heat dissapation for alloy is greatly inferior to copper.

For a given size and design of radiator, a copper radiator will outperform the same alloy version by a mile.

Its a common misconception that alloy radiators are better than the old fashioned copper items. They do look trick but thats about it.
