Has anyone got a part number?
Wheres the best place to shop for it?

Simon,
never done it myself on an FJ box but they do look very similar in size to normal L-series boxes. Go to Sprints and try a gearbox extension housing seal for a Bluebird 5speed. Shouldnt cost much and they are easy to swap once the tailshaft is out...
Regards,
Nick.

Yep, it is the same as an L Series rear gearbox seal. They are quite cheap (less than $10).
Take off the tailshaft.
Carefully prise out the old seal.
Put a very thin smear of grease around the outside of the seal, and put a little grease on the inside ring.
Tap into place with a rubber hammer,or a drift of suitable size.
Put tailshaft back in.
Drink beer.
Easy! :D
