hey. ive got a fj20 with standard dissy and want to set up multi coil packs. im running a wolf 3d version 4 and standard dissy. just wondering if ne one knows what mods are needed to run the coil packs????

Get in touch with Wolf M8 and run this question past them.
You need to know if the ECU has been configured with the extra ignition outputs and what kind of triggers you need along with dwell times for the coils you want to use and blah.

i know the computer has the out put for multi coils i was just wondering if neone knows whats involved in setting up a hall efect sensor in the dissy

You dont have to as the FJ distributer is a 360 degree dizzy with a synch timer which is whats needed for sequential spark.
Since the output waveforms (hence ECU con fig) for hall effect and Optical triggers is the same, why ever would you see the need to add another hall effect sensor???

Like I said M8, get in touch with Wolf sos they can advise you what is involved with the conversion as there may be some ECU configuration issues to address to change from single coil to multiple coil.
