I am getting my car tuned next week and was wondering the max boost i should run with my high flow turbo?

Cant answer that question without knowledge of the turbo's compressor size and trims and that also of the turbine.

What fuel are you running? intercooled? Injector size? Is the head stock?

the turbo has stock exhaust and bush bearings and a bigger compressor wheel (about an extra 10mm diameter) in the stock, machined compressor housing. stock head, 600x300x100 front mount and 550cc injectors

I would try 12-14 psi with appropriate timing allowances.

Do you know at all what compressor wheel went in there?

not sure what exact compressor wheel it is as i got it second hand, also have a wold v3 and was wondering if it would be worthwhile upgrading to the v400

Dont bother upgrading. Its fine.

Use the wolf and a macs 3way valve to control boost so you can run higher boost at lower rpm and less boost in the top range if your compressor cannot hold the boost efficiently.

Anyway, your tuner should do all of this with no probs.

I ran up to 20 psi with that turbo with 550cc injectors wolf 3d v3 and a big front mount,xf T/B , stock head stock head gasket...forged pistons

would need a decent dump pipe to get the most out of it .

im pretty sure it has the front wheel out of a vl turbo

il have a look ive got my tune written down somewere i can email it to you if you like
but it will need fine tuning after that .

i think i will get it tuned for about 16 pound reckon that would be ok?
its got a nice 3" dump on it too

it would be good if you could find that tune ben, im sure it would come in very handy

What sort of power did it make with that combo on 20 psi?

got it back from mercury motorsport yesterday i managed 174rwkw on 15 pound its a little more laggy but it it stays at around 170 from 4 and a half grand till 6 very happy now breaks taction in second and third
