I just used univeral radiator hoses from autobahn, you just need the right lengths. the hoses I had look straight but have a coil of wire inside so you can bend the hose without it colapsing or kinking.
Just measure roughtly the max and min length you can get away with, if it's of any help I can measure the length of my hoses for you over the weekend.

bottom hose was a navara one cut down not sure which model though
