Has anyone got any suggestions on a good replacement pad to use for track work? I was out at Mallala on the weekend and they are still smoking!!

Car is a DR30 with standard discs.

I have been running supersprints etc for the last 12 years using
"pagid" pads
the information I wrote down years ago was
"v2029"
"541"
"Ao61"
"KBA 60593"

I think their commodore pads cut down to suit, I also have written down that the "Nissan Navara" is the same shape pad.
I know every one has their own pads that they like and dislike,
I've also used "black flash" pads they were good but where **** until they got some heat into them, also my son in the same type of car/engine etc using "green stuff" pads he said they where "****" when compairing my pads against his.
the braking distance was longer.
the fact my car was 3 seconds a lap quicker at Wakefield against his car which has more 15 rwhp
in the end I think you need to jump in and try something and keep changing until you find something that suits your driving style,
you should also enter what car your driving as a bluebird is about 1200 kg

Thanks for the info. Its always hard to cut through all the "sales crap" that various shops give you pushing there own brands. Most appreciated.

EBC Greens are a good road/track comnpromise. yellows are a bit "woody" for the road but work well when hot and just dont give up.
