I am currently running a n/a FJ20 (270hp at the fly) in a Datsun 1200 coupe but have recently got hold of a standard FJ20DET.
My question is simple - to gain around 360hp at the fly, what would be the best, cost effective, straight forward mods to do to begin with?
I'd rather not go to custom forgies or anything internal but was thinking along the lines of larger injectors (550cc?) possibly a larger turbo if really really needed (plan to keep lowish boost), intercooler etc.
It will be run by a Motec M4 Pro ecu.
Any help or links would be graeatly appreciated.
Regards
Matthew

Depending on the age/condition of the et motor, 550cc squirters, decent cooler, 3" zorst and an appropriately rated T3 turbo of the ballbearing variety and 360 at the fly on about 14psi should be achievable.
