i would say two of the biggest problems are the crank angle sensor located in the distributor and the Mass air flow sensor. both are prone to failure and both usually require replacement even well before 100k the good part is that both are interchangeable with other more well known Nissan cars and trucks

Also watch out for rust in the front shock tower assemblies they rust...Apart from that the usual things to do with a 25 year old car and engine....Make sure the timing chain isnt to noisey, the gearbox can get all the gears properly yada yada yada!
