does anyone know what the resistance should be at closed throttle and wide open throttle for a fj T.P.S?

i dont think it works like that. i have seen posts about it being like an on or off switch. like at idle it reads 12v then when the throttle is engaged it reads 0 volts. thats what mine does anyways. not sure if its suposed to.
