New Billet S56-GT3 (ETT)
As an independent high performance turbo manufacture Billet Turbochargers have the ability to use many different parts and manufacture there own parts to essentially make the ultimate turbo.
The Billet S56-GT3 is the perfect example of the ultimate turbo in the 500hp to 600hp range.
The Billet S56-GT3 uses the latest technology extended tip (ETT) compressor wheel perfectly matched to the Billet Turbochargers GT3 turbine. The S56 compressor wheel has a 56mm inducer and 80mm Major + (ETT). This compressor wheel design is the latest technology in turbo compressors. It has a very low surge limit, is more efficient across a much broader range than conventional compressor wheels and is amazingly efferent at high pressure ratios. Were talking 50+psi of boost if you have got the balls.

The GT3 turbine is more of the latest technology. The GT3 turbine is cast in 713C Inconel and utilises the latest technology high performance turbine design. The GT3 turbine has an exducer of 56.6mm and a major of 65mm. The material 713C Inconel is a Super Alloy. It is lighter and much stronger than conventional turbine materials. A common place 713C Inconel is used is the turbine blades of Gas Turbine Jet Engines.

The Billet Turbochargers core and back plate are dedicated light weight sturdy high performance pieces. Both are precision CNC machined anodised billet aluminium.

The bearing system is a full complement angular contact silicon nitride ball bearing system. The main differences between the Billet Turbochargers BB system and other BB turbos is the Billets ball bearings are silicon nitride (ceramic). Which are a lot lighter, more heat resistant and have a truer shape. Full complement means there are no bearing cages. No bearing cage means theres a lot less drag on the already lighter and rounder balls. In a nut shell its a lighter freer spinning ball bearing design.

Put all this together with a big range of open and divided exhaust housings and there is not another turbo in its class that comes close to it.

The Billet S56-GT3 is the Ultimate 500hp to 600hp turbo.

I thought this turbo would be relevant to most FJ owners.
