I has looked everywhere, to find a service manual for FJ20 N/A, but nothing.

Is there anyone who know`s where I can bought this one?

If you can find one, the Nissan S12 FSM includes the FJ20E as fitted to the S12 Silvia or Gazelle as it was called here in Oz.
I have one plus a lot of pages I photo copied from a library copy many years ago.
Let me know exactly what parts of the Service Manual you need and perhaps I can help.
