| Guys cranked over to get oil preasure all Good sent timming all Good set up microtech all good set pump preasure. Filled up with water whent to ****. Water whent straight into sump what did I miss. this has not even been fired yet.checked head tension all good need help on this one

A mate of mine had a similar problem with a 4G63. Turned out the custom head gasket was at fault.

also the front cover (the part that the water pump bolts onto) has gaskets that seperate the water from the oil
