Guys,
Just an update on my miss. I had a slight miss, very small at higher rpm on the track. Eventually my car died on me. If I let it cool down it would start fihe again and I could drive 5 minutes or so until it died again. Anyway I searched the forums and found some awesome advice all the way down to the part number from "E". Anyway I did exactly what the post below said from Automotive solutions and had a CAS for $140 posted from Melbourne overnight, ****ing awesome. Saved me a **** load of time and effort.

Just installed the thing and she goes like a rocket again with out a miss. Very easy to install, did it all myself, fitted right in.

"E" your a legend and forum users like yourself are real credit to this site, I've posted his original post below.
Cheers,
Jon

Yep that dude has been providing good info for years.

Just out of interest, is that part number for a vg30e motor or similiar?

I know my mate had to replace his cas recently, and im pretty sure he used one from a vg30e or similiar from a z31.

Yer, the VG30 (single cammer with a dizzy) uses the same CAS. E15et is the same as well. There are 2 versions (internally and externally threaded) but otherwise identical.

Glad to be of some help gents!
