I am a female keeper as well as a keeper coach. Throughout my training (as a player and a coach), I've been told that female keepers have a more difficult time jumping due to a low center of gravity. Our center of gravity is much lower than a mans. Most of our weight (especially after puberty) is in our hips. Therefore, it is much more difficult for us to jump high or power dive. It takes more concentration on these areas for female keepers. Just FYI. | |
