Al, the Atlanta Silverbacks of the "A" League are trying to set up club teams. There were one or two affiliated adult teams and talk of 3 or 4 youth teams. So there may be some movement in that direction. Their web site is their name (+.com).
As far as rating camps, that is very difficult because coaching styles vary. Also organizations that run multiple camps may vary from year to year depending on who the organization can recruit to coach that year.
It might be possible to "click" on a camp name and then read camp reviews to get a flavor for the camp. Or it might be possible to get an average rating - I've seen this used on some movie sites.
This could be time consuming to manage though - avoiding libelous comments or "ballet stuffing".
