Could keepers be a little different

First, Keepers are a little different. I don't think that the average committed keeper has a problem watching a much older keeper and can relate to them. Trying to emulate a MUCH higher level keeper is a major plus. I tried to think about a negative, but could not come up with one other than the best keepers in the world are older than the best field players in the world.
Are the skill sets that much different or are they just more refined for the older higher level keeper?
