Hey guys...
I was talking to a very good keeper whos a friend of mine. He trains his ass off in the offseason- works harder than everyone else on the team put together. However, the other day in a game he made several mistakes, because he was not focused- not concentrated fully. This obviously matters more for a keeper than for any other position. We were talking about it, and we concluded that it doesnt matter how much you practice, at the end of the day its all in your mind. Thinking back about this makes me consider taking up meditation, as it is a great way to learn how to concentrate and focus...what do you guys think about this? Any ideas/suggestions?
