There are many different forms of meditation, and all can help to teach concentration. Some forms of martial arts incorporate medititation techniques also, and can help a keeper improve reaction time as well. I can personally attest to the value of Tai Chi Chuan as a discipline for keepers. They do an exercise called "push hands" that teaches how to yield to pressure and is fantastic for developing "soft hands" for catching balls.
