About half way down the page you will see something about CYSA (California Youth Soccer Assoc.) replacing U-10 competitive events with soccer jamborees. It looks like the path to your statistical evidence may go through the CYSA. This does not give you an easy answer, but it sends you down the path to the answer you are seeking.
