Response to Team bonding help

Always remember your previous captins and what it was about them you didn’t like. Use this as an example to your self and learn from it. Next, as a player think about the attributes it takes to be a great captin write them down such as, being a cheer leader, a great support person on and off the field for your team mates. You need to walk the walk, and talk the talk gain respect from you team mates with a good work ethic and play fearlessly giving the game your all. Always play like there’s no tomorrow and think like a champion always giving teammates encouragement to try as hard as you. That you all can win together as a team and not individuals. Soccer as you know is a team sport and no one person can do it alone. It takes leadership, which starts from the coach down.
