Response to Keeping kids focussed?

Dear Steve,

Drills are great but their must be lots of fun activities in between.

eg. Statues - agility and balance (start with one chaser. As players are caught they become statues with legs apart. running players dive under and through legs to release them and so on.
eg. Crab Soccer - dribbling and agility ( two lines of players, each with a ball, at opposite ends of 10x10m square. two or three players sitting on bottoms in the middle of square. End players dribble on command to opposite end of square while crabs in middle try to walk as crabs and touch a ball. If touched that palyer becomes acrab in the middle. Steve you can be a crab too, the players will really enjoy seeing you participate!!

Have fun Steve
Geoff
