dont get mad or you will lose the respect of your players. sit down and talk through what you feel is going wrong in these games and let them tell you too whats wrong, they're the ones in the match so they experience it. in the 11-0 1-0 games, several things might have changed, did the opposition have the same players playing? did you have the same 11? were the conditions the same? there are so many things that can affect a result like that, the team I play for, we beat a side 8-0 in September but were lucky to get a 2-1 win there 2 weeks ago, thats just the game.
Wahtever you do, to keep your players respect, let them feel on level ground in terms of their opinions with you.
