I play on a team where there are only 4 or 5 players that are serious. I made Kansas Select and I am serious but all my teammates want to mess around at practice. Then in a game they do terrible, but i don't want to yell at them and make them not want to pass to me and stuff. I've told them politly but they don't listen. So is there a way I can help my teammates and make them better?
