When i start a season i tell my players they have "liberty with responsability".
So although i think that winning in this ages are'n so importante, i hate when my team loses a game, that my players start to sing or laugh, because they have to know the difference of winingo or losing.
About the pressures you are dealing with, i understand what you're passing by, cause my father was professional coach here in Portugal and he was fired a few times because the results.
