playing 3-4-1-2 is difficult but well done will probably have sucess.
But that should be dynamic, so my advice is you must improve the attacking movements of your midfield wingers, cause they have to be wide open and be a part of the process, to forced the other team open their defense and give space to your players made the execution pass to the strikers or attacking midfielder.
But your strikers must be always in movement, because in the system you play, the most important player is the attacking midfielder
