changed defense and competitive practice

things have somewhat turned around. we changed to a flat back 4 with the outside defenders attacking the ball and the other three rotating toward the ball for support. also some of the jv players moved up to varsity for a tourniment and found out that i wasnt kidding about competition. our practices have been spirited and people are fighting for the ball. we'll see if it carries on to the games this week
