Live in your make beieve world that everything is fine and all kids are alike and can be treated the same. You would make great managers of people. Of course all people are exactly the same and should be treated as such.

What world are you two from? Definitely not this one.

Not everyone pays attention to psychiatry or care enough to put the time and effort to understand kids adn or adults and help them function. Must be nice to have such an easy life with such easy, but far off base, answers.

There is an old saying, "do not fight what you cannot change". If you do not care to be more informed that is your right. To suggest what I am posting on ADHD as incorrect and unreasonable shows your lack of knowledge on the subject. Of course you are correct and have full informed knowledge and the doctors, teachers, psychiatrists, psychologists, and struggling parents are wrong. All that research for nothing.

The worst parenting and coaching comes from those who are too self absorbed or lazy to put in the effort.

I will not persue this further. I do feel this subject warranted serious discussion but will get nowhere if those posting have not performed due diligence on the subject. Those that want to help kids with ADD or ADHD can absorb what the scientific world teaches us.
