We got through April Fools day without incident at this board!! Laura, I posted a picture of "The Detergents" at James site a few days ago. I found the picture in a book I have----One Hit Wonders! Now, we do all know that Ron Dante was by far NOT a one hit wonder, but the Detergents were.............A cute little Parody song, for sure! Ron is a very talented man---the more I read about him, the more impressed I become! Gotta go to work all! Have a good day.

About ten days ago, I started a new community on MSN called Oldies Music Links. Bette's been working right along with me to make it a comprehensive site FULL of links to sites on oldies artists from the 50's through early 70's. Here's the link:

I looked at the pix you uploaded into James's site, and they would be PERFECT for inclusion in the community's photo album (which right now is empty, because we've been concentrating on getting the main site laid out).

Seriously, I don't want to impose on you, but when you can, could you take a look at the new community? This will have links to all the groups and so forth that we all visit. Most of them are in place already.
