Error Message: Contact your site administrator...need permission to upload...etc.: This error message usually means there is a problem with your Tripod account. Either you already have used your maximum allowed file space or your account it faulty. Email Tripod's help section. If you have plenty of room on your account and Tripod cannot find the problem, sometimes you just have to create a new account. It has worked for others in the past.
