However, while I agree that giving refunds for digital products is mostly inane, there IS a program that recently came out that if you ask for a refund on the digital book, they will disable it. I think you have to have password to access it each time. What's to prevent me from printing it before asking for refund? Don't know.
I, too never understood all the bonuses you get with a product when you buy their product. I agree with you there.
Why not just list their own stuff. Why must I want their bonus to buy?
You didn't say much about their guarantees though.
Most people forget the guarantee after a month or two. So even if they don't use the product that came with a 12 month or lifetime guarantee, they still not likely to ask for a refund, so it's just a blurb.
However, some see that guarantee as..wow, if they offer that kind of guarantee, they must really believe in their product. All psychological.
