had to do with it for a FEW reasons. One, that goes against what he 'teaches'. I'm sure he believes he made his own luck. Being at the right place at the right time is opportunity that he took advantage of. Someone else in his shoes may not have taken advantage of the same opportunity if they were in that same spot at the same time.
