There are a variety of options available to you. The service I use to manage Crash Course Marketing eZine is Get Response.
With a large number of options available, I find it very easy to use. Also, personally I have never had any trouble with customer service when I happened to need it. Which is only once during the last 6 months. All correspondence has been answered promptly as well.
Take a look at it and try the Demo and see how you like it. The one caveat is once you breach 1,000 subscribers, they charge $29.95. But you should be able to recoup this charge very easily with a list that large through advertising or making offers to your list with affiliate programs, etc.
