Seasonal business insurance question

Hi,

On Dien's board Lawrence wrote about what seems like a great idea: buy window airconditioners in the winter and sell them in the summer. Here in Texas, as you know, airconditioning is not a luxury, and it seems like a "natural" type idea.

If I did this biz, would I need liability insurance in case one of the units blew up or someting, and should I make the customer sign a disclosure/disclaimer?
