I am not aware of the type of paint this fellow was using. I do have an associate who owns and operates one of the larger paint & carpet stores in the region and will see what they have as far as reflective paints go.
A few friends and I were sitting on the back deck when this curb gentleman was coming through. So I visited with him for quite awhile since a number of folks on the forums were discussing the curb topic awhile back.
He did seem pretty satisfied with what he was doing and the amount of cash he was putting into his pockets!
