Also spend quite a bit of time in western South Dakota. My girls and ex-wife recently moved to Draper, Utah. And it is a hot one there too!
What is great about Wyoming is, it gets really cool during the nights for the most part.
May make a trip to Phoenix, AZ for a few days near the end of July. Arizona has had it really difficult this fire season.
Even the Mt. Rushmore Memorial fireworks display has been cancelled this year because of the drought and extreme fire danger. (One of the BEST displays in the country too!)
