I don't hate you at all. In fact, I admire you in many, many ways.
For one thing, you are a true entreupreneur - the "real deal." This alone separates you from 99% of the wishful thinkers who do very little or nothing at all.
Second, you have a highly creative mind - and are always willing to look for hidden opportunities. That's great quality, Mr. Alm, a quality that made America the land of economic opportunity that it is.
Regretfully, however, you have given me reason to lose respect for you in other ways. So when people ask about you, I feel the obligation to tell them the good and the bad.
The bad? You promised me a refund for FaxFinder and did not keep your promise. From this experience, I can only conclude that your word is no good. Because of this, I have no respect for your ethics or business practices.
Even with all your good qualities, it appears that $297 is more important to you than standing behind your word.
But there is no hate - and my stomach is just fine. So please don't worry yourself any more, Mr. Alm. Your little hissy fits don't become you.
