In other words, if you really want to climb the success ladder, not only must you be a active (yet prudent) risk-taker like Don Alm and Vondre' encourage all of us to be -- which is a virtue -- but equally challenging, individuals must also work to overcome the vices of proscrastination and perfectionism to get things rolling.
