Another Biz Idea

I think I heard this one from Don a few years ago ..

Basic idea is to bring together new homeowners and small neighborhood businesses ...

Develop a nice looking desktop rolodex with business cards by category ... fill with approx
40 such business .. not quite sure of what the charges per year were to be included. But market these to local realtors ... give them a prominent spot at the front and charge them accordingly and they will have a nice gift to their new home buyers ... and now the customer has their new rolodex handy for all the typical things that come up ..

Window Coverings
Window Cleaners
Carpet Cleaners
Electricians
LawnCare
Insurance Agents
Housecleaning
Painting

You get the idea .. if Don reads this maybe he can add some more detail.

p.s. You could also get an insurance agent to give these out same as realtors .. since they are also the first ones to see a new homeowner.
