Lurking....

Mike, I'll admit, I've been lurking for about a month now. This is one of the best forums I've come across. I enjoy reading the posts from just about everyone. Agree or disagree, most of you fellas (and Gals) have a lot to offer, and in many cases, GIVE valuable tips and advice that come from experience instead of theory.

Just turning 40, I'm ready to find a niche. My job ( For the past 12 years I've been working for the County I live in) is okay. Moderate pay, great benefits. Great Boss (my age and best friend), no pressure. But I'm looking for a business to begin now (parttime) and build up over the years (God willing). Retire? From a job, yes, but not from something I can find enjoyable to do.

This forum is a goldmine of information to apply in any endeavor. Of course, the key is finding the RIGHT endeavor (at least for myself) and APPLYING the information. That's where this forum helps.
