Question for Don Alm - 2nd posting

Mr. Alm,

I trully enjoy it when you share your ideas on this board, however I noticed that you often omit to tell little details and that's what makes me go hummm!

What would be your opinion on the following:

It is regarding the recent post on menu binder in hotels.

What's in it for the hotel owner that lets you put the stand in his entrance? and you state:

..."menus in a binder and secure the binder"...not so sophisticated people will remove (tear)the menus from the binder...just like they tear white/yellow pages...How do you prevent that from happening, other than to plastify your menus?
