Yahoo.ca for business??? And a SPAM resource for your ISP.

Over the past few days I've been receiving 300-500 SPAMs from yahoo.ca accounts per day. Sometimes I delete them all and 15 minutes later I receive another batch!

Same sender, same address, same content. Plus 100's of copies of a different SPAM from the same sender and same yahoo.ca.

It was absolutely overloading the MailWasher program I use to bounce SPAM.

I then went to my ISP and snooped around and found a link to a corporate software they use to catch SPAM prior to it entering their system. I can control what comes in by blocking certain ISP's wholly, or by individual sender.

It will also catch certain Biz-Opp newsletters and such but they can easily be added to the 'Approved' list to be sent on through.

If you are experiencing the same thing check with your ISP and see if they have a link and Login field to http://www.Postini.com . I have since blocked yahoo.ca and I never knew anyone there anyhow.

I don't believe an individual can use the seervice, so request it from your ISP if they do not already know about it. It's similar to SPAMCop.com in many ways.

Success and Regards... Mike
