Husband Needs Some Ideas- About Crime Scene Business

My husband is thinking about starting his own crime scene clean- up business. His friend committed suicide in 2001. When we went to visit his mother, she told us about this company that came out and cleaned up "the mess" when she just couldnt bear to do it. She told my husband that he would be the perfect person to do this type of business- that he should think of starting one in our area. So last year, Jon looked into the classes he would need to take and how much money could be made etc.
It is a very non competitive market at the time, he spoke with the police and there is only one company that does it here now. My husband cannot think of a way to market this though, except to put an ad int he yellow pages once he is established, and wait for the phone to ring. How would one market a crime scene clean up business? Any ideas?
