somebody ...why not you .. I would think funeral directors might be a place to start in your research .. ambulance drivers, hospital workers, relatives of victims .. maybe the police if they would be open to dropping your card on a victim's family.
Don't expect a lot of help from a city or county employee though ..
I would think this would take a lot of courage to approach a family in grief .. let alone the aftermath of a crime scene ... just a thought .. in doing your research ... I would go on a police "ride along" to get a feel for the victims and their families.
Check the internet for a company here in Los Angeles that does that kind of work and call them .. as long as you are not competing they might be happy to give you some tips.
